Thank you for buying from Ohio City Bicycle Co-op and supporting our mission.
Used parts, tools, accessories, bicycles and bicycle related equipment:
Used items are sold "as-is" and should be inspected by the customer at time of collection. Customers are encouraged to perform test rides in our parking lot before leaving. Customers may cancel purchases of used bicycles for any reason at any time before leaving our premises. Refunds may be subject to a 3% fee to cover our costs for processing card payments.
Customers are encouraged to contact us if any problems are found after purchase. If we cannot resolve your concerns we may, at our sole discretion, offer you store credit or an exchange.
New tools, parts, accessories and equipment:
New items can be returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase provided they are undamaged and still in their original packaging. Defective items are subject to the manufacturers warranty and any defects arising in use should be handled according to the terms of the warranty.
